Evening Reflections

There is something entrancing about this old family home. Although its occupants have moved away, they visit to make sure all is well with their old homestead. One senses a prevailing presence. Although vacant the spirit of the home lives on and embraces the area around it.

I am totally captivated by the evening glow and reflections upon the front windows. I especially love the play of light and folds of the old drapes. There is such an untamed feeling to this place with its surrounding wild roses and grasses. These rural areas seem to diminish restrictions often felt in day to day living. One can just let their spirits soar with the easy flow of their surroundings!
